Feeling stiff, stressed, or just plain run down? 💆♂️✨
Massage therapy does so much more than just help you relax. It physically restores your body's mobility by releasing tight muscles and connective tissue, while simultaneously resetting your nervous system to bring you out of "fight or flight" and into deep relaxation.

If you've ever questioned the saying "everything is connected" or wondered why you feel pain or sensations in different areas of your body, this post is for you!
Step 3 of Your At-Home Routine
If you’re keeping up with my at-home fascia facial massage routine, here’s the third step.
Lymphatic pumping is essential as it activates the lymphatic system to enhance drainage. This process will help you achieve a more defined sculpt by encouraging the movement of stagnant fluid.
You asked for it, here it is!
Join me next week for step 3 - lymphatic pumping.
Always begin at the chest and work your way up. on clean and dry skin, begin with skin rolling each area 4-6 times. This is extremely slow work. If an area is tight or tender, pause holding pressure 2-3 minutes before moving on.
The abdomen, often seen as our safety center, is one of the most overlooked parts of the body and frequently requires the most attention. Not only do our four major fascia lines pass through this area, but it also serves as a pathway for lymphatic flow, houses the vagus nerve, and contains vital organs.
Years of stress, poor posture, scar tissue, shallow breathing, and suppressing emotions can all lead to restrictions in the abdominal fascia, which envelops everything from muscles and blood vessels to bones, organs, and nerves.
By working on the abdominal tissue, you can:
• Calm the nervous system
• Alleviate tension in the back and hips
• Release stored emotions
• Enhance lymphatic drainage
• Achieve deeper breathing
• Move more comfortably
✨ Sometimes, the most significant restrictions lie in areas you never thought to explore.
When I started this page and my business, I told myself, my goal is to show up as my authentic self, to help me find my people. Lately, I have become stuck in this place of being concerned with what others think of me. Am I being professional enough? What do others think of my looks and weight gain, basically comparing myself to others. This has caused me to become stagnant and left me not wanting to create content.
I had a reminder recently that what others think of me is frankly none of my business and a waist of my energy. I believe having judgment in others creates it within ourselves and will ultimately hold us back and block us from living life authenticly and with love.
So anyways... here's to reminding myself it's ok to be seen and share. It's possible to find a balance between being personal and professional to encourage connection because I am an individual, not a corporation. I choose love and connection.
