Anger is normal and common. It feels so bad and unsettling when it is directed at your baby. How you deal with it is important. Understanding that this happens and accepting this, is a good place to start. Learning to identify it and regulate your emotions is the next step. Finally monitor how often and how bad it feels to determine if you need additional resources.
