I’m a part time dance instructor, part time massage therapist. I love spending my free time out in nature, attending live music events, and dancing/moving/tuning into my own body (of course).
With my work, my goal is to help others bring more awareness to their own bodies/selves and to relieve stress and tension, not just on the table, but in their every day lives. To help remind people of the importance of taking the time to slow down and tune into and tune up the body.🤍🤍
