Looking for a cute, private space to grow your business? Erika is looking for someone to take over her lease at HYV Aesthetic Co. as she downsizes and cuts back her hours — but don’t worry, she’s staying at HYV! 💖 She’ll just be moving into a different room.
Come join Erika and some of the amazing, talented ladies at HYV! 🤍 This spacious private room is approximately 200 sq. ft. and would be perfect for lashes, skincare, massage, tattoos, piercings, brows, or another beauty/wellness business.
We can accommodate:

Imagine wearing sandals all summer, walking barefoot by the pool, and asking your feet to do overtime every day.
Eventually, they get dry, rough, and start building up thick, hard skin to protect themselves.
Instead of shaving or aggressively filing all of that off, I start by giving your feet a drink. 💧
I use a treatment called Calerase. Think of it like a deep conditioner for your feet. It hydrates and gently loosens that built up skin so it softens first.
Then I wrap your feet for about 20 minutes, massage in the product, and gently remove only the skin that’s ready to come off.
The goal isn’t to make your feet as thin as possible. The goal is healthy, soft skin that still protects your feet the way it’s supposed to.
Your feet carry you everywhere. They deserve a little skincare too. 🤍
