I love these 3 shades together, and when we change up how much of each we use, it creates a customized tone 🧡🧡🧡

Adding .pro cream lightener to their powder lighteners has been an amazing addition to my blonding techniques:
1) keeps my lightener from drying out
2) the hair feels so good after because of the oils in our cream lightener
3) the lift in my blondes is so much better!

Dimensional Brunette
Baby lights got the job done here ✅ we wanted soft dimension. Like, we don’t want people to know she got her hair done. We want “born this way” hair!

Bombshell blowout!
On Monday, I taught class at to go over the best ways to get a voluminous blowout & what products can get us there!
Here’s what we used to achieve her look:

Prepped with Thermal Defense, Formation, Illuminate & Boost!

A little Saturday behind the chair!
Before you come for me, read on…
Stylists, you are valid in your feelings if it frustrates you when this happens. We’ve all been there, including myself. What you should not do is make a million passive aggressive posts about it. Your clients read that, and that’s not helpful.
What you should be doing is explaining in your consultation what you can do, what is best for your client’s hair and explaining what you can do utilize as inspo from the photo.
Clients! If you’re going to bring inspo photos to your hair appts, a few tips:
+ find a photo that is your similar base color & hair length and density. If you don’t have long hair, bring photos with shorter lengths.
+ inspo photos are just that, inspiration. We can’t copy & paste unfortunately :/
+ if you’re going to bring AI photos, be prepared to dissect it with your stylist :) we wanna know why you chose it in the first place!
Alls to say, we gotta chill out. AI is here and we need to adapt. If AI frustrates you and you 100% disagree here, I get it. I’m not trying to come for anyone, I just think I’ve seen enough negativity lately that I needed to get this one out :)
