Curling your bob just got easier 😉

If you’ve been here long enough, you know I have a specific technique I use to style my bobs that involves 2 hot tools; well, made it much easier to do so with just 1 :)

The OG Airflow is a 2-in-1 that replaces a traditional curling iron and flat iron, making it simple to style your bobs (just like I’ve taught you!) while using only 1 hot tool 😏

So let’s get into the details:

+ flip the Airflow horizontally & wave the underneath, literally carve them out like you would with a flat iron

+ hold it vertically (or slightly diagonal) & clamp at the root like you would with a curling iron to start your curl

+ rotate the iron away from the face one full rotation (or 2 or 3!) and pull through to the ends

That’s it!

You’ve seen this technique on here before, but the Airflow is what sets it apart, making it much easier to curl your bob!

You all loved my client’s hairstyle so I decided to recreate it for ya!

Yes they seem like just flat iron curls, but this is a very relaxed version where we are just adding in movement 🫶🏼

Don’t overthink it, don’t do the underneath & don’t clamp down too hard.

Do you remember your worst haircut?

If you do, that’s exactly why you should invest in haircutting education!

Don’t come for me but I really do think this is at the top of the list when it comes to continuing education!

I’m not saying everything else isn’t important, all education is! However, a client will remember their worst haircut & are quick to get one fixed when it happens!

There are so many great educators & stylists out there for haircutting, I’m gonna tag a few of my faves who I have learned SO MUCH from!

I really love education, which is why I became an educator with ❤️ my advice: start continuing education right after you get that license (or while in school if you’re able!!)
