The original vision of Barber & Instructor Shawn Housley was to give his clients a place they could go to that wasn't like a hair salon or chain location with TVs all over the walls. He wanted to provide an experience reminiscent of years past when a man had a place of his own to escape to and relax when he needed a haircut, shave or beard trim. This is the type of experience you can expect when you book with Gents Barbershop. 💈Quick Barber Update💈
Just wanted to share a quick update with everyone. I was recently in a car accident, and thankfully I’m doing okay, but I do need to take a few weeks off to recover. I’m currently planning to return to cutting hair on Thursday, 9/24.
If you’re in need of a haircut before I return, I’d be happy to refer you to someone — just send me a message. ✂️🪒
I really appreciate everyone’s understanding, patience, and well wishes while I take some time to recover. I’m looking forward to getting back behind the chair and seeing you all soon!

Our Barber community lost a great one recently. Matt Ford was an amazing Barber, friend, and most importantly Dad. He had a heart of gold and awesome talent, even if we didn’t see eye to eye, I never once questioned his talent and love for his family. Rest in peace brother. 💈👊🏼
