Shauna’s weight loss journey

Last your was a very hard for me mentally and physically.i had the devil in my ear telling me i was not needed that my life was not meaningful and wouldn’t be missed. I fought so hard to get out of that darkness. I made so many changes while also have two major surgeries in line with a big job change. This was all needed to uplift my self and I can say my mental and physical is doing wonderful now and I have so much clarity now. I stay private but I feel like if any one struggles might need to read this and know rain makes rainbows so be patient darkness never lasts and if u need a ear even a stranger, I’m here and u matter.
