STRAWBERRY SWEET TEA:
8 cups water
8 black tea bags
1½ cups granulated sugar
1 tsp baking soda
4 cups strawberries

PEACH ICED TEA:
1 family size tea bag
¾ cup sugar
¾ cup honey
4 cups frozen peaches

TEXAS TEA:
1 oz dry gin
1 oz vodka
1 oz gold tequila
1 oz gold rum NOT spiced
1 oz whisky-bourbon
1 oz orange liqueur
1 oz simple syrup
2 oz lemon juice
2 oz cola I used Pepsi

🥗 Golden Chicken & Roasted Sweet Potato Nourish Bowl 🥑🍅

🛒 Ingredients

🍠 2 medium sweet potatoes, cut into thick wedges

🫒 2 tbsp olive oil, divided

🧂 1 tsp salt, divided

🌶 1 tsp smoked paprika, divided

🧄 ½ tsp garlic powder

🐔 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

🥑 1 ripe avocado (half mashed, half diced)

🍋 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice

🍅 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

🧅 ¼ small red onion, thinly sliced

🌿 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

👩‍🍳 Instructions

1️⃣ Roast the sweet potatoes: Heat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Toss the wedges with 1 tablespoon olive oil, ½ teaspoon salt, ½ teaspoon smoked paprika, and garlic powder. Spread on a baking sheet and roast for 25–30 minutes, turning halfway, until browned and fork-tender.

2️⃣ Prepare the chicken: Rub the chicken breasts with the remaining olive oil, salt, and smoked paprika to coat evenly.

3️⃣ Cook until juicy: Sear in a hot skillet over medium-high heat for 5–7 minutes per side. The chicken is ready when the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). Let rest 5 minutes before slicing.

4️⃣ Make the avocado two ways: Mash half the avocado with lemon juice and a pinch of salt. Cut the remaining half into bite-size cubes.

5️⃣ Fresh tomato mix: Combine cherry tomatoes and red onion in a small bowl and lightly season.

6️⃣ Assemble: Arrange sweet potatoes, sliced chicken, mashed avocado, diced avocado, and tomato mixture in serving bowls. Finish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
