Today's the day

My Father had me reading in Matthew 3 this morning. Matthew 3:7 -19 warns us ( believers) to not harden our hearts and that if we do we shall not enter into Gods rest which we all need and desire. In verse 15 it states " Today if you hear His voice, do not harden your hearts as you did in the rebellion" We harden our hearts through disobedience and unbelief, which doesn't happen over night but by a series of choices to not listen to Gods will for us. It's so vital that as believers we pray to always hear His voice which guides us and keeps us in His perfect will for our lives. And by doing so we will have the rest God promises us. His Word says that His sheep know His voice. I often pray that God allows me to be sensitive to His voice and His voice alone. As I've walked through different seasons and different trails over the past year one thing Im certain of is that God always honors His Word. He always keeps us safe, always goes before us and prepares the way, always provides, never leaves us nor forsake us, He always answers our prayers in His time and His ways, He keeps the devour off our backs, and always works all things out for the good for those who love Him. So many issues and situations I put in Gods hands often forgetting about them because I've done took it to the problem solver, the battle winner knowing He has all control and time and time again he always is Faithful. He's faithful over our families, our children, our homes, our ministries, our every desire so long as they align with His Word. This season I'm seeing healing, restorations, answered prayers like never before and promise after promise being kept. It leaves no room for unbelief or disobedience. Why because God is so so much better than I or you could ever deserve.

Do nothing out of selfish ambition or conceit, but in humility consider others as more important than yourselves.
