🚨 **CEDAR LANE TANNING MEMBERSHIP UPDATE** 🚨

As our tanning membership continues to grow, I need to make a few updates and clarify some policies so everything can continue running as smoothly and fairly as possible. 🤎

Please take a minute to read through these important reminders:

✨ **1. Membership invoices must be paid on time.**
If your recurring invoice is not paid within **1–2 days of the due date**, your membership will be canceled and your tanning code will be deactivated.

✨ **2. Reactivation may take 3–5 days.**
Every activation and deactivation requires me to physically make a trip to the tanning salon. Because of this, if your membership is canceled for nonpayment, please understand that it may take **3–5 days after payment** for your access to be reactivated.

If this happens **consecutive months in a row**, a **$20 reactivation fee** may also be required.

✨ **3. Your membership begins the day your invoice is paid.**
With the number of members we now have, I am unable to keep track of the date each person pays versus the date they actually come tan for the first time.

Your monthly membership will run from the **date your invoice is paid**.

If you know you will be unable to tan for a period of time, please message me **before paying**, and I will be happy to work with you on pausing your membership when possible.

✨ **4. Membership time cannot be credited for days you are unable to tan.**
I completely understand that life happens. Sickness, vacations, busy schedules, unexpected circumstances, etc. However, once a month of tanning has been paid for, I am unable to add days or weeks back onto your membership because you were unable to use them.

Unfortunately, just like the electric and water companies don’t pause my bills when I’m out of town or unable to use the salon, the expenses of keeping the tanning salon available continue whether each individual member is able to tan or not.

I am incredibly thankful for every single person who supports Cedar Lane Tanning. I’m so happy to be able to provide **24-hour tanning access right here in Okemah**, and these policies simply help me keep everything organized, fair, and running smoothly for everyone.

UPDATE: it is a cord issue and a replacement has been ordered and will be delivered tomorrow(Thursday) . Once it’s delivered, it should be a quick fix and we should be able to have the tanning up and running.

⚠️ 🛑 ATTENTION TANNERS ⚠️ 🛑

As of right now, (July 22nd, 1:15 a.m) the tanning salon is locked due to a keypad error. When the keypad malfunctions, it leaves the salon unlocked and I cannot get it fixed at this hour. I am hoping to have it fixed and the salon unlocked by this evening at the latest(July 22nd) but I am unable to make any promises until I find out what the exact problem is in the morning.
Until then, tanning will temporarily be unavailable.
I apologize for any inconvenience, but your safety of tanning in a secured building is more important to me.

If you tan before I come pickup the towel in the morning, please leave it. The flashing on my roof hates the wind and rain combo and I’ve been told there’s nothing wrong with it so there’s a slight drip tonight. 🫠

If you go Tan before I make it back in the morning, please leave this towel in the floor.

The flashing on my roof does not appreciate the wind and rain combination, and although it has been looked at multiple times and said there is nothing to fix, it continues to drip when we get a really windy rain. 🫠
