A little update from your Wellness re-InVented family 🤍

Starting today, we’re introducing a new client safety process to help us provide the safest, most compliant, and highest standard of care possible. This process requires all clients — new and returning — to enroll in our online portal.

Before your service, you’ll complete:

💧1. Intake Forms — completed annually or anytime there are changes to your health
💧2. Service-Specific Consents — completed each time you receive a service
💧3. Provider Check-In — a quick review with your provider to make sure you’re cleared for your service

These steps help our providers stay informed, make sure you’re cleared for your service, and keep your care at the center of everything we do.

We know new systems can come with a little learning curve, and we are so incredibly grateful for your patience, understanding, and grace as we get everything up and running. 🤍
