Happy Veterans day to all those who have served!

Today I had a client “break up” with me.
Not because I did anything wrong but because he’s now retired and prefers 9 a.m. appointments. Since I don’t start that early our schedules just don’t match anymore.

I really appreciate that he reached out and explained why he’s moving on. After cutting his hair every month for six years I’ll definitely miss him but I completely understand.

I’m sharing this as a reminder that if you stop seeing someone who provides you a service like your stylist, barber, trainer or anyone take a moment to let them know why. That small gesture of reaching out truly means the world. 💇‍♂️✂️
