The pictures on the left hold a ton of shame, fear and anxiety, but I'm not that woman anymore.

2024 was the year I made the choice to step away from what was holding me captive and step into the life I wanted to live!

You guys...exactly a year ago, I started my weightloss journey with weekly Glp-1 injections, and what an amazing journey it has been!
The telehealth company I partner with issued a challenge to take a picture with enough turkeys to represent the number of pounds I've lost with the skinny shots.
So today I piled 90 pounds of 🦃 (it took 5 large turkeys to come up with that weight!😳) in a shopping cart and had my hubby snap a photo.
Here's what I learned...
1. 90 lbs of turkey is WAY too heavy for me to lift, which makes me both happy that I no longer have to carry that much extra weight on my person and sad that I used to carry that much extra weight on my person. 💔
2. I am different...not just physically. I am happy, content, confident, proud of myself, mentally strong.
