Meet Jason, our inspiring CEO and 2x CrossFit Games Athlete, and 2x Box owner! 💪 His journey led him to the CrossFit Games with a best finish of 16th in the world with his Affiliate. Along the way, he founded CrossFit Chapel Hill, CrossFit Renowned, and ran The Brute Force Training Center in Denver! 🏆 Now, he’s channeling his passion into The Box Exchange, connecting gyms and athletes nationwide. Check out his story and journey, and let us know how CrossFit has impacted you! 🌍👇

🏋️‍♂️ Meet Cody Hajek, a man who knows how to balance it all. Cody runs Never Broken CrossFit while holding down a full-time traveling sales job, maintaining a family, and even working as a part-time sales rep for The Box Exchange. His secret? Prioritizing what matters most—his relationships, his team, and creating a gym where members thrive.

A big part of Cody’s success lies in building a strong team to manage daily operations, allowing him to focus on developing his community and being present for his family and career. By delegating and trusting his staff, Cody avoids becoming a bottleneck and ensures that everything flows smoothly.

💡 Gym Owners: Are you empowering your team to handle challenges and grow your gym, or are you taking on too much yourself?
💬 Alex Hormozi says: “The role of a leader isn’t to do the work—it’s to build the team that will get the job done.” What steps are you taking to empower your team and step out of the way? Share your thoughts in the comments!

🚀 Members: Drop a 💯 for Cody and the Never Broken community! What’s the best thing about being part of a supportive gym family? Tell us in the comments!

If you’re in the area, stop by Never Broken CrossFit to see it for yourself. You’ll love it!

From the moment you walk into Upreach and talk to Sean, you understand three things about him:
- He knows more about coaching and caring for your movement than 99% of coaches in the world (he’s also one of the rare CFL3s)
- He is there 100% for his athletes!
- His community is on point! Everyone is smiling, having a great time, and ready to kick some ass in class!

Once you’ve taken a class with him you understand three more things...
- You were right about all those first impressions
- You’ve walked away learning something new... a new warmup drill, or a small (or large) tweak on your technique
- You’ll be coming back, whether it’s next time you’re in Austin, or it’s tomorrow because you’re joining Upreach CF

Drop a ❤️ for Sean and the whole Upreach family. Visit them with your BoxEx membership, and if you’re local, go by and see for yourself! You’ll be glad you did!
