This is Kendon, Tonya’s son. If you have not heard yet, my mother Tonya passed away on the morning of September 6th. I want to inform you all that her viewing will be held at Corbett Funeral & Cremation (807 W Wilshire Blvd. OKC, OK 73116) on Saturday, September 10th from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm. Tonya's funeral service will be at Epiphany of the Lord Catholic Church (7336 W Britton Rd. OKC, OK 73132) on Monday, September 12th at 11:00 am.

Hello everyone, I have added the section below to the post but this is something I think she would have wanted. I just wanted to try and make sure everyone was aware. Thank you.

Tonya only had one request for her funeral services and it was to play one song, “Just a rose will do.”
We as the family ask that if you would like to, to give Tonya a rose at the viewing.

Today is a very sad day for Westgate Salon. This morning, we lost a beloved friend and hair stylist. Tonya went to be with the Lord early this morning. Anyone who knew Tonya, knows she had a heart of gold. She was always helping others in multitudes of ways. We please ask that you pray for her family, friends, and clients during this difficult time.

We will post funeral arrangements as soon as we have that information.
