• Booking & Responses — If I don’t respond right away to calls or texts, I’m likely with a client or waiting on another appointment confirmation before opening a time slot. I appreciate your patience.

• Appointment Reservations — Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. Please book intentionally and give as much notice as possible for any changes.

• Cancellation Courtesy — Last-minute cancellations greatly affect my schedule, childcare arrangements for my twins, and clients on the waitlist hoping to get in. Please provide advance notice when possible.

• Respect for Time — I value your time deeply and ask the same in return. Thoughtful scheduling helps me serve every client with care and consistency.
