As promised, I am announcing the new service now available at my business.
Those of you that know and follow me have been privy to my on going transformation. To say it’s been hard would be an understatement. Time waits for no man or woman. Hormones as well as age can be a factor in your fitness and wellness goals. Sometimes we need a little bit more than what we used to need back when we were spring chickens. You read my story and watched my progress. Now it’s time to peak behind the curtain and take action. Animal Mode…
Ran into an Animal at the gym today. I think Deanna went a little more beast mode than me 😂💪🏽. If you’re ever in the Midwest City area, you definitely don’t want to miss her Sprint8 class at the YMCA from 9am to 9:30am. She is a bundle of energy!!!
Of course I had to snap a quick selfie before work as always…😂. This past Friday I had the pleasure of providing makeup artistry services with my very talented friend and head makeup artist of the event L.J. Hill Makeup Artist OKC at the Goodwill Central Oklahoma fashion show. A time was definitely had and of course shopping after the show was a given. Goodwill Central Oklahoma hosted its signature Work the Runway: Glam for Good 90th-anniversary fashion show on Friday, August 7, 2026, at The Criterion in downtown Oklahoma City. The event featured sustainable upcycled designs created by University of Central Oklahoma fashion students competing for scholarships and a feature in Luxiere Magazine. It’s definitely an even t to look out for next year.

Boundaries are self care…
Setting boundaries is the ultimate act of self-respect. It is not about controlling others or being selfish; it is a form of self-care that clearly teaches people how to treat you. When you set a limit, you are actively recognizing that your time, energy, and emotional well-being matter.
Don’t be afraid to set boundaries in your personal, professional and even family life. They’re definitely a form of self care because anger and worrying can cause premature aging. I don’t know about you, but I’m absolutely not getting wrinkles behind someone else’s nonsense and foolishness…😂😂😂🤷🏽♀️

No makeup, just me…
Heading back home to OKC where the heat is probably waiting with vengeance 😂🤣🫠. Indiana weather was perfect. Travel softball season is completed. Now it’s time to make sure my Jayla Boo is comfortable in the drivers seat. Wish us luck…😳
Trusting the process…
Listen, just be forewarned. The moment I get even a small impression of what resembles an AB or four pack I’m about to act all types of funny style 😂🤣. Still working hard on my fitness goals. I’ve came a long way and this is not the finish line but I’m liking the results I’m seeing so far. Whatever journey you’re on either fitness, skin goals or self growth, just don’t give up on yourself. Your results are all the recognition you will ever need. KEEP PUSHING!!! 💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽
