City Cuts Covid -19 Rules and Regulations

In order to create a safe environment for our Staff and Clients, City Cuts will follow Strict Rules for re-opening as of May 1st under the following guidelines.

1. Upon entry, everyone will be required to wear disposable gloves. Your temperature may also be checked, if it’s 99.2 or higher you will not be allow to enter and will be asked to reschedule.

2. All clients will be required to wear a mask upon entering the Shop.

3. One client per Stylist/Barber at a time. If you’re not being serviced, please wait in your car until your stylist/barber is available.

4. NO CHILDREN ALLOWED UNLESS BEING SERVICED. Same rules apply for children. If your child is under the age of 8 , you may accommodate your child. Only one child per adult.

5. NO EXTRA people allowed in the salon. Come alone to your appointment, unless you are a special needs client and require assistance.

6. The staff at City Cuts will work in shifts. There’s 11 of us total, no more than 5 people will
work at a time and 5 clients at a time in order to practice social distancing as well as we can. See your barber/stylist for scheduling. Only 10 people in the shop at a time.

7. All Stying,Barber, waiting area chairs, Shampoo chairs, and work stations will be sanitized in between each client, also door handles and faucets. The restrooms will BE CLOSED. The shop will also be deep cleaned before re-opening and cleaned at the end of the work day.

8. All Stylist and Barbers will be required to wear disposable gloves and mask during services. We can’t use hot tools with plastic gloves on, but we will wash our hands before we curl your hair.

9. ALL CLIENTS will need to be shampoo prior to service; Please add an additional $5 (if this isn’t usually included in your service). Also, No curling iron only services will be available at the present time.

10. We will disinfect regularly through out the day by wiping down all areas including door k***s and handles. We will use disinfectant and sanitation products approved by the Oklahoma State Board of Cosmetology and Barbering or EPA-Registered and labeled as bacterial, viricidal, and fungicidal to clean tools and implements used. Always remember safety first!

This policy will be in place until this pandemic is over.
