Hey everyone. I am Rachel Mallory, the proud owner of Serendipity going on 11 years now.

Can I just start by saying how thankful I am for all of our amazing guests. You all have watched me grow, improve, learn and build my career. Because of you all my dreams have been possible. Thank you for continuing to choose me and my business. I will forever be grateful for all of you. The laughs, bonds and quality time with all of you has been a blessing.

At Serendipty we truly want you to have the best experience possible. Without all of my wonderful stylists I wouldn't be where I am today. They are my family away from my family and their success is my success. We hope that you will continue to be a part of our Salon family always.
