This post is for my barrel racers
PINK Buckle is quickly approaching and I’m very excited to be back at Lazy E with all my barrel racing friends.
I want to just go over a few frequently asked bodywork questions (based on my own personal opinions) and what to prepare for this coming week.
✅ What is therapeutic bodywork good for?
Primarily useful in relieving tight muscles that constrict the body’s natural movement. Reducing stress, tension, and helps the lymphatic system flow better.
✅ How often can I get bodywork done during the event?
You can come get bodywork done every day if you like. Each session we can focus on different areas of the body. Sessions are catered to you and what you need worked on.
✅ When is the ideal time to get bodywork done?
Typically, I personally recommend you come see me before your runs. Either the day before, few hours before…even 30 minutes before. Massage ideally helps keep you relaxed and focused. Relieving aches and pains help you sit in the saddle better and your horse can recognize that as well.
✅ When is the best time to get cupping done?
I personally recommend to do cupping therapy on days in between your runs, especially if it’s your first time getting it done. It’s a highly effective form of bodywork . Drinking lots of water with this therapy helps keep the lymphatic system flushed.
✅ What ages can get bodywork done?
Bodywork is good for all ages and everyone is welcome to come see me. My younger clients do need to have parental permission/presence.
You’re always welcome to message me. Book your sessions early if you like, I will have my sign up sheet available at my booth every day.
It’s going to be a great week of fast horses and good runs in Guthrie!
The road goes on forever and the party never ends….that being said
TULSA you’re next!
I’ll be in the Mustang Arena at the Expo Center for NSBA World Show this month 13th-23rd.
Make plans to come see me, this will also be a great opportunity for my friends in the Tulsa area to come visit.

It’s like playing “Where’s Waldo?” in this arena sometimes but I make it work!!!!
I’m here at Lazy E this week, you just have to walk a little bit to find me in the back under the Reliance Ranch sign! On the plus side it’s a quiet space away from the noise!

It’s Little Britches week here at the OKC Fairgrounds!
You can find me inside the PAVILION this year. The AC is on so it’s nice and cool! Open to the public.
The best way to access my spot is to come to the front side of the pavilion, go through the glass doors and take a left. You will see Dippin’ Dots & Taste of OKC then look for the black tent!
Open daily from 9am-6pm
Lots of other vendors to shop with too!
I have openings tomorrow Thursday June 25th!
It will be the last day I have availability this week!
