Hi Emy! I was using a Bemer for the last six years. For the last three years, I developed a constant pain in my right bicep. The muscle actually start to atrophy. I am 73 years old now. The pain level was about 2 constant maybe an 8 intermittent at times. I used analgesics, acupuncture, nutrition, loads of topicals that decreased the pain but my Acupuncturist said you have to go get that medically looked at.
