Starting Sunday, November 1st 12:30-5:30 I'm hosting a Level I Reiki training. You'll be a certified Reiki I practitioner. This training includes learning about hand placements, self-healing, energy modalities, energy systems, body systems, history, lineage, and creating a reiki room. RSVP with Terrie Billie at 918-637-7047 via text or phone call. The cost of the training is $250. It's a one-day training and 21 days of self-work, journaling, reporting to your instructor about what you're practicing and learning. Payment plans upon discussion and with discretion if required. You must pass Reiki level I to advance to Reiki level II.

Last evening’s first sound bath session was a beautiful success filled with peace, reflection, and healing energy. Together, we journeyed through a guided meditation focused on balancing the chakra system while creating space to quiet the outside world and truly listen to our inner selves. The soothing sounds and intentional breathing allowed everyone to relax deeply, reconnect spiritually, and embrace mindfulness in a gentle and supportive atmosphere. It was an inspiring experience to witness participants open their hearts, release tension, and leave feeling more grounded, centered, and renewed. I am incredibly grateful for everyone who attended and helped make this first sound bath such a meaningful and uplifting experience. Next session June 16th 5:45-6:30
