Comfort Cove Massage

Vana Motley is a licensed massage therapist (LMT) and has also become Nationally Certified in Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork (NCBTMB). She received her Associates in Occupation Studies for Therapeutic Massage from Heritage College. She has over 12 years of experience and is the owner of Comfort Cove Massage. Her massage modalities include chair massages, deep tissue massage, myofascial release, myoskeletal alignment, sinus massage, sports massage, swedish massage and trigger point therapy. She is excellent at just helping you relax or help you recover from injuries or surgeries. Working in the health industry has always been of high interest to her. She says,
