I recently discovered that my Facebook Business Page has a separate “unread” message folder that I genuinely did not know existed. After checking it, I was absolutely sick to my stomach to see messages and inquiries—bridal, current clients, and new potential clients—that I never received notifications for and never responded to.
The messages date back to April 2025 and on, and I want to be very clear:

👉 I pride myself on communication, professionalism, and respect for your time.
If you reached out to me and didn’t hear back, please know it was never intentional, and I am truly, deeply sorry. I take full responsibility and hate the thought of anyone feeling ignored or overlooked.
