This page will be about my weight loss journey with the products I am currently using. I am starting ROUND 3 Phase 2 today 3/17/2014. I have done 2 rounds and lost 65 pounds in 75 drop days.

Pictures don't lie!!! When I got home and saw the picture of me at the Atlanta Aquarium THAT WAS IT! I started my program that weekend!!! WHAT a difference a year can make!!! And I did it with NO surgery and NO exercise!! It can be done!!! How bad do you want it???? I can help you!!!

Losing weight is HARD! It's not easy UNLESS you get your mind made up first!!! Your mind is POWERFUL!!! It's going to be difficult BUT if you stick to it, the weight is going to fall off!!! That's why I say...HOLD ON TO YOUR PANTS!!!
