Kilgore's Barbershop

💈✂️🪒Quick shop update:

I’m not feeling the best today, so I took the day to rest and get some things on the business side better organized.

A few changes are now live on Vagaro:
• Waitlist is now available. If the time you want is booked, you can add yourself to the waitlist and choose the days/times that work for you. If an opening comes up that fits, Vagaro will notify the people waiting and the first person to book it gets the spot.

• Messaging is now turned on through Vagaro Connect, so you have another easy way to reach me regarding your appointment.

• Rescheduling and cancellations can now be done up to 2 hours before your appointment, instead of the previous 24-hour cutoff.

I’m trying to make booking, changing appointments, and filling cancellations a little easier for everyone. Thanks for bearing with me while I keep improving how the shop runs. 🪒✂️💈

💈✂️🪒 Something is up with Vagaro. My schedule on my side isn't loading and some folks are having trouble booking some aren't. Sorry for the inconvenience. I am hopeful that Vagaro will get it together soon. Again I can not see my schedule. 🪒✂️💈

💈✂️🪒 Limited availability to get yourself or your gentlemen into the shop before Homecoming. Get in where you fit in. HALLOWEEN MERCH COMING SOON🤘🏻🪒✂️💈

💈✂️🪒 Shop is back in full swing. Leos back. Upgrading more when possible. Next ceiling and not so secret bookshelf door way. Layrite products on deck. Be advised service menu updated. 🪒✂️💈

Congratulations Marcus and Jennifer for winning 5 bags of Squirrely Joe's coffee.

💈✂️Wrapping things up for the day. Very thankful to be in the shoes I'm in and every client that walks through the door consistently. Without you all this wouldn't be possible for anyone. For that I thank you and hope you all sleep well. Take care.✂️💈

💈✂️🐿As I listen to Wes Huff, cook lunch and whip up some amazing Squirrely Joe's coffee, I think to myself what a perfect time to give away 10 bags of coffee. I will be giving away 5 sample bags to 2 participants. To enter, comment on this post and tell folks about your favorite thing about coming to Kilgore's Barbershop then share this post. I will choose 2 winners 1 week from today. 🐿✂️💈

💈✂️ Fresh order of Layrite products on the way. If you haven't tried Layrite I highly suggest. Easy in, easy styling and easy to wash out. Also, It doesnt dry your hair out if you leave it in a few days. I'll have the Cement Clay, Natural Matte Cream, original and Grooming spray. The grooming spray is better than any sea salt spray I've ever tried. Also, concentrated beard oil. Hard to beat. Will post when it's in. BASED PRODUCTS COMING SOON!✂️💈

💈✂️🪒 Help me dial your cut in.

A lot of guys don’t say much in the chair, then wish something was different after. I can fix that—but I need feedback. I will also be taking notes in Vagaro to know what we did the previous cut.

Shoot me a message:
– What you liked about your last cut
– What you didn’t
– Pics of styles you like (and what about them you like)

New clients—definitely send pics before your appointment so we can get you into the right cut.

Makes everything smoother and you’ll get what you’re after. 🪒✂️💈
