Starting a small business can be scary stuff!

Sometimes, when I feel the imposter syndrome creeping in I take a deep breath, I look around and I realize how truly amazing this journey is.

I reflect on the conversations in my treatment room, the details of your lives that you all share, the milestones and struggles, and recognize that I am SO lucky to hold space for it all.

I am endlessly grateful to those of you who trust in my ability to hold that space, and to help you on your journey whether it be healing or self care.
