🩵🌍 Today, on Mental Health Day, I want to take a moment to recognize the heart behind my work. Massage therapy isn’t just about easing tension—it’s about creating space for calm, connection, and healing.

I’m grateful for everyone who has trusted me to be part of their wellness journey for the past 18 years. And as I remind my clients to care for themselves, I’m also reminding myself: rest, balance, and mental health matter for all of us.

Take gentle care of yourself today.
