Modified our sandwich board. ICE deserves bad hair. We also now keep the shop doors locked! You will be safe in our doors no matter what your “status” is. No one is illegal on stolen land. The “border” crossed my ancestors not the other way around. I feel so passionate about standing up for what’s right and I’ve been trying to find ways to make our statement loud and proud. We all do little bits, that’s how we get thru this. Keep fighting Olympia! Just a reminder you can always stop into the shop to say hello. Grab a water. And find some community.

Rey offers 30 and 60 minute haircut appointments and does not do color. He specializes in shmedium to long haircuts but truly does it all. Lucy who is a licensed cosmetologist and honorary barber specializes in curly hair, shags, and all things razor textured. Rey who is a cosmetologist and honorary barber who specializes in scissor cuts like pixies and long bobs. Jay who is a cosmetologist and barber in training that specializes in curly haircuts, long and medium length layered haircuts as well as perms! Lucy .comb.hair Offers color and haircutting services. They specialize in curly haircuts as well as haircuts done with a straight razor. They love alt - gender defying styles and are great at customizing haircuts to fit your lifestyle. They work Tuesdays and Fridays and one bonus weekend a month. This weeks segment on “Asking a hair professional”: Colored hair care! We all want that color to last so here’s a couple tips on how to make that happen. Heat opens the cuticle and allows the color you spent time and money on to wash down the drain, so wash, condition, and rinse with as cool of water as you can tolerate. Happy 4th Birthday to my baby!!!! Sweet SHEAR!! You’ve brought so much in to my life. We’ve laughed, cried, and built the hell out of a community. I’m so grateful for the clients you’ve brought into my life. They’ve single handedly changed me in the best ways possible. I’m grateful for the bodies who’ve worked in these doors, all of them, I couldn’t have done this especially without them. Jonny. Cristina. Lucy. Rey. Jay. Thank you for being apart of this story, I’m forever grateful for the things I’ve learned from each of you. To every client who has sat in one of our chairs, THANK YOU.
