In my years in the hair/beauty industry, something I've seen over and over again is the lack of understanding we have about our hair and the products/styles that will get our hair to perform the way we want them to.

One of my favorite things to do with clients is to educate them on their hair and the products they can use to get satisfying results. Knowledge really is power.

I'm going to open this post up for hair related questions. Post any questions you have about hair care and I will do my best to answer them throughout this coming week! Whether they're trouble-shooting questions or general information questions...let's see if we can't find some answers! :)

Thoughts about health management and planning ahead...

My wonderful clients are in my thoughts this morning. As my current clients already know, I have been dealing with severe chronic migraines for years now. How grateful I am to have been blessed with understanding and faithful clientele who are patient and generous with me when rescheduling occurs due to this condition.

Over the past year, I have started having Botox injections every 12 weeks as a treatment for my migraines. While it has improved my condition drastically, it's not perfect. There are still times when migraines make their way through...usually right before and right after a treatment. To make scheduling services successful, I have to plan around the times I'm more susceptible to a migraine attack.

The "Book Now" button links with my calendar. Times that I know I will be unavailable or less available are blocked out so clients are aware of the best time to book! I've gone ahead and created a business page to make it easier for people to contact me for appointments and general hair questions!

As I continue to work on my BA in Small Business and Entrepreneurship to expand my opportunities in this industry I love, I am still working part-time as a hairstylist. Instead of working in a salon, I am available for house-call hair services. Message me about appointment/service availability.

Also, as a side note, the services/duration times/and prices listed are a rough guide. Not all individual services require the same amount of time or cost...so keep that in mind and don't let it deter you from contacting me! :)
