This is a photo of my very spirited niece who inspires me to go big when it comes to loving myself. She loved hanging out in the tree! She’d get in it and then asked everyone to look at her, lol. This is the type of medicine I am tying to call in right now, that really vivacious, heart centered and whole freak nature. My spirit needs and had been calling for a break from business, from the incessant and harmful cycles of capitalism. My heart has asked me to be with kids and donate my time this summer, to take more naps and stretch, to walk slowly and earnestly into the next phase of my life. My body wants me to rest and my nervous system is asking for pause, I’m listening to them all despite the frightening and uncertain future these changes are likely to bring me. For the world, this will look like the discontinuation of my product line (except for the queen of boundaries), this fall I will put out my last CSA, I will cease vending with an exception if a few events this fall, and you might see less and less of me on social media platforms. To celebrate I’m putting the rest of my stock up on my website for half off, including all of the mother essence from the native line I had been working on. I will still be selling single extract medicines to the public, practitioners and blue otter grads at special prices moving forward and I am very excited to announce a few very exciting program and workshop offerings for this summer and fall in addition to the herbal intensive happening this September. I am humbled by the work of the plants who constantly hold me accountable to my own healing first, who ask me to step into my shadow and out the other side with the jewels and seeds of my labor. I am in awe of all of my teachers both formed and mysterious who do this work in ways that sustain them, I am forever a student to the great mysteries of healing.

Interrupting my summer social media cleanse to announce the launch and dates of the beginners herbalism intensive I’ll be offering this September. A similar offering to this summers beginners herbalism class, but condensed into 6 consecutive days. In this intensive we will dive deep into plant spirit medicine, Energetic application of herbs, embodiment and mediation skills, medicine making and much more! My wish and intension for this offering is that it will be more accessible to out of town folks and those who couldn’t commit to the extended summer dates.
