It’s hard to believe it has only been one year, because from the moment you joined our Elma team, it felt like you had always been part of this family. We quickly realized you were a missing puzzle piece we didn’t even know we needed.

You jumped right in, taking care of our clients, supporting every barber around you, and handling whatever came your way with grace, kindness, and an incredible work ethic. Your willingness to help, your leadership, and your positive attitude never go unnoticed.

Your bright smile and the light you bring into our shop have made such an impact on all of us. You have helped create the welcoming environment our clients and team love so much, and we truly can’t imagine The Refined Man without you.

Last night was truly something special for all of us at The Refined Man. Our owner Shawna, along with managers Tyler, Danielle, and Cole, had the honor of attending the Best Of South Sound Magazine Awards and proudly accepting the award for Best Barbershop.

This recognition means more to us than words can express, because it came directly from our amazing clients and community. You are the ones who nominated us, voted for us, supported us, and trusted us over the years. Without every single one of you, this would not have been possible.

We are beyond grateful for the love and support you continue to show The Refined Man, and we are honored to serve such an incredible community every day. This award belongs to all of you just as much as it belongs to us.

We would also like to congratulate all of the other businesses and individuals who received awards last night. Being surrounded by so many passionate and hardworking people was truly inspiring.

Last night was nothing short of unforgettable. ✨

Our owner Shawna, along with our store managers Tyler, Danielle, and Cole, and a few close friends, had the absolute honor of attending the Raise For Rowyn Gala — A Sea of Light. From the moment we arrived, it was clear this night was something truly special.

There were beautiful moments shared over dinner and drinks, exciting auction wins, and most importantly, memories that will stay with us for a lifetime. But beyond all of that, it was the love, purpose, and heart behind this foundation that made the evening so meaningful to us.

This organization holds a very special place in our hearts, and being able to support it each year is something we deeply cherish.

We want to extend our sincerest thank you to Brynn, the founder, and her incredible team and volunteers. The thought, care, and detail poured into every part of the evening did not go unnoticed—it was felt in every moment.
