Hair by April

Here's to a referred client yesterday... she wasn't sure if she wanted just low lights or just highlights but knew she wanted it cut off to collar bone. Well lets do best of both worlds and do 2 to 1 highs and lows! I think it turned out pretty nice and blended w some brights and lows.

When you have someone's hair you havent done in a few years and she comes in and gives you free range it can be a bit scary 😳 lol. Well I went w it and I love the contrast! She has VERY curly hair and I mean it is CURLY, so I wanted something that would also pop when it's curly and not be so "blendy" so to speak... final results while straight! Did 2 highs to one low at about a 50/50 weave...

1st pic is b4, 2nd pic was 1st session and 3rd was 2nd session and love it! Also this is her first time having straight hair! She looks amazing!

We had some fun today!!! She was definitely tired lol... love this so much!

Might have taken 5/6hrs but look at the results!!! She is back to herself today and loving it!

2 beautiful gals that come see me about once a year (sometimes 2 lol) always fun to catch up.

So a few days ago one of my gals was ready for a huge change!!! She had zero regrets. :)

She hasn't done her hair in years. Today we took off all that dead weight to revive her curls and gave a nice highlight. Love when you make someone feel good about themselves again.

We got such a beautiful ice blonde today! She loves it and so do I!!!

Met someone new today and had so much fun doing this!!! Love the thicker highlights though. we did zero slices, we just did heavy, deep weaves. I'm a little obsessed. I love depending on how you style it, it can look streaky or blended. I miss these types of colors.

Here's to another day of blonde! We used to leave more natural in it, but heres to starting the brightening process.
