Just getting home from my lip blush training with and I’m reminded again how much choosing the right mentors matters. I’ve wanted to train with Tess for so long because even from a screen, you can feel her passion and how deeply she wants her students to succeed. Getting to experience that firsthand was even more inspiring.

It felt so refreshing to be surrounded by an educator who genuinely cares and classmates who are equally passionate about this industry and growing within it.

I’ll also admit I’ve quietly been searching for more community within the permanent makeup world and this training gave me that. From staying with some of the girls from class and the late-night conversations about permanent makeup, business, artistry, and just life, it felt so refreshing to connect with people who just get it.

Even with a few hiccups on model day, I still walk away giving this whole experience a 10/10. I’m leaving feeling inspired, creatively recharged, and excited to continue growing.
