Omaha Massage and Healing Arts

20 YEARS!

This October, Omaha Massage and Healing Arts is celebrating 20 years in business.

Twenty years of showing up, growing, adapting, and creating a space where people can feel welcomed, cared for, and safe enough to exhale.

Most of all, it’s 20 years of PEOPLE. The clients who have trusted us with their care, the practitioners who have shared their gifts within these walls, and the community that has grown alongside us.

We’re celebrating all month long with memories, stories, gratitude, and more.

Thank you for being part of these 20 beautiful years. We’re so glad you’re here.

October plans? Make sure a little time for YOU is on the calendar.

With so much noise, distraction, and pressure around us, it can be hard to hear ourselves clearly.

A big part of the work I do is helping people come back into relationship with themselves through the body. To slow down, notice what’s happening beneath the surface, and begin reconnecting with what feels true for you.

If you’ve been feeling stuck, disconnected, heavy, or simply unsure of what you need right now, swipe through. These are just a few of the ways we can work together to create more clarity, connection, and trust within yourself.

We’ll explore what feels supportive and sustainable for you, because there isn’t one “right” way to find more peace in your life. There’s the way that feels right for YOU. 💛

With love,
Tara

A new season begins.

The Autumn Equinox marks a moment of balance, when day and night meet in nearly equal measure. Astrologically, it also welcomes Libra season and invites us to reflect on balance in our own lives: what we're holding onto, what we're ready to release, and where we may need to create a little more space.

As we move into fall, consider this an invitation to check in with yourself. What feels balanced? What feels out of alignment? What are you ready to carry forward into this new season?

Curious about what this season may hold for you? An astrology session with Kaitlan can help you explore your unique birth chart and the energies influencing you right now. ✨

HEY, MASSAGE THERAPIST. 👋

Maybe you’re not looking for just another place to work.

Where you have flexibility, independence, and room to grow.

That’s what we’re building at Omaha Massage & Healing Arts. 🌿

As summer begins to fade, maybe there's something you can let go of, too. Tension you've been carrying. A schedule that's too full. The pressure to do it all.

Make a little more room for rest, care, and whatever helps you feel more like yourself.

Massage, Reiki, coaching, facials, astrology and more are here to support you through every season.
