and apparently past me forgot to wish for unlimited energy too 😂

So incredibly grateful for every single person who keeps my books full. 🤍

Plot twist: your massage therapist is going back to school. 🧠📚

And no — massage isn’t going anywhere. 🤍

If anything, this is about expanding the way I understand the people I already work with.My goal isn’t to replace bodywork. It’s to eventually be able to look at wellness through a wider lens — the body AND the brain.

And while I’m learning, I want to take you along with me. I’ll be sharing some of what I’m learning, why neuroscience became personal to me, and how I hope to eventually integrate this education with the work I already love doing.

Wind Down is still Wind Down. We’re just adding a little more brain. 🧠
