Can I use points to buy the BOGOs?
No. Points cannot be used for BOGO specials.

Can I save a BOGO to process with a scheduled loyalty order?
No. BOGOs don’t save to Loyalty Rewards Program (LRP) templates. If you save the BOGO to your scheduled loyalty order to process at a later date, then the free item will not be included in that order. Your loyalty order must process on the day of the BOGO to receive the free product.

How do I find out what the BOGOs are?
Daily specials will be announced each day on the doTERRA Essential Oils page, the official doTERRA Instagram page, and doterra.com, as well as by email. The BOGO Box will be available starting Monday, March 22, and then there’ll be one unique BOGO a day—starting Tuesday, March 23, and going through Saturday, March 27, 2021—for a total of five specials in the week.

Are there any exceptions that can be made for the BOGOs?
No. But if you miss a BOGO, opportunities will be available in the future to participate in other promotions.

How long does each BOGO last?
Each offer will be available only for one day. If you choose to participate, your order must be placed and processed within that 24-hour period.

Which markets are eligible to participate in these BOGOs?
These BOGOs will be available to the US, Canada, GAC, and all NFR markets. If you aren’t in the US or Canada, please check with your market to see what deals they have. Many international markets will also be participating in this BOGO event in their markets, though products may differ. Call your Member Services to see if your market is participating.

Can Preferred Members, Retail Customers, and Wholesale Customers participate in the BOGOs?
Yes, they can.

Can you purchase a BOGO on an enrollment order?
Yes. Please be aware that new enrollments are still required to purchase the enrollment packet. However, when you buy the BOGO Box, we waive your enrollment fee!

Do I have to pay shipping every day for each BOGO order?
Yes, but you will earn Shipping Rewards Program points for each order placed online. If it is still available, you can purchase the BOGO Box to only pay for shipping once.

How many BOGOs can I buy?
The BOGO limit is five per account per day.

How do I know if my order has been placed and processed?
An order confirmation email will be sent to the email address listed on your doTERRA account.

Can I email in my BOGO order?
No. If you have problems trying to process your BOGO order, please call Member Services immediately at +1 (800) 411-8151. If you email us, we won’t be able to process the order.

Do the BOGOs qualify to earn Loyalty Rewards Program (LRP) points and Shipping Reward Program (SRP) points?
Normal rules apply. LRP points will be based on the PV of the item you’re purchasing. For example, if the special were buy Lemon and get TerraShield® for free, you would receive points based off the Lemon oil’s PV value, which is 10.60. Remember that points only apply if the order is a loyalty order of at least 50 PV. Orders will qualify for Shipping Rewards Program points based on normal qualifications.

My credit card is being declined. What should I do?
If your credit card is being declined, make sure to enter your postal and security code (found on the back of your card) before processing. If you continue to have problems processing your order, please call Member Services at +1 (800) 411-8151 immediately so they can assist you in processing your order.

How long is the BOGO Box available?
The BOGO Box is available starting Monday, March 22, 2021, while supplies last.

What comes in the BOGO Box?
The BOGO Box includes all the BOGO items of the week, from Tuesday through Saturday. It also includes a special gift for you: Rosemary essential oil!

Can I enroll with the BOGO Box?
Yes! For new enrollees, when you buy the BOGO Box, we waive your enrollment fee!

Is there a limit?
There is a limit of five BOGO Boxes per account.

What if the BOGO Box is sold out?
If the BOGO Box is sold out, you can still participate in BOGOs each day, but you won’t get everything shipped at once.

Why does doTERRA offer the BOGO Box?
For customers who order multiple BOGOs during the week, buying the BOGO Box removes the need for multiple shipments. This reduces overall cost to the customer and decreases packaging needed for shipping each day.

Do I still get my full PV points? How many?
You get the PV amount for each essential oil you buy (more information about this is available on the regular FAQ). This box has a total PV of 184.5.

Are the BOGO Boxes going to be available in the US, Canada, GAC, and NFR?
Yes, they will.

Purchasing on a Standard Order
Sign in to your back office and select the “Shop” tab.
Select the appropriate category for the special that day. For example, if the BOGO is “buy Grapefruit, get Lemongrass for free,” you would select “Single Oils,” search for Grapefruit, and click “Add to Cart.” Once you have finished shopping, click “Proceed to Checkout.” The free Lemongrass will automatically be added to your cart.
Standard orders will not receive LRP points; however, standard order Shipping Reward Program points still apply.
Purchasing on a Loyalty Rewards Order
Sign in to doterra.com and click on your LRP template.
Go to the “Quick Add to Cart” bar and search for the special that day. For example, if the BOGO is “buy Grapefruit, get Lemongrass for free,” search for Grapefruit and select it when it pops up in the dropdown menu.
You no longer need to add an additional item for your LRP order to process, but if you wish to earn LRP points, then your order must reach at least 50 PV. (This is necessary in order for us to continue offering these amazing deals.)
Once you’ve finished shopping, click “Ship Now,” and then continue to the Review Order page. The free Lemongrass will automatically be added to your cart.
Select “Process Order Now.”
Make sure you adjust your template after for future processing.
