Bye West Maple!! I ❤️ you

Today was bitter sweet. For those that don’t know, today was my last day at Deka Lash West Maple. I accepted a position with Deka Lash in Austin Texas and I’m going to continue to grow my career there! I’m so thankful for my time at West Maple. I’m thankful for all of the people who made me love coming to work everyday, and to the ones who kept me pushing when I didn’t think I could anymore. To Halee, Lo, and Ash - thanks for being my girls and always making me giggle. We really had some of the best times at and away from work. To Taylor, Jaymie and Becka - thank you for adding some new personality to the group. You guys are going to go so far and I’m glad I met you when I did. To Ashleigh (or as I like to call her, tequila queen) - thank you for helping me and answering any and every question. You made me a better lash artist. Thank you for accepting and loving my crazy, weird self. To Kelly, Kelli, Kara, Dorothy, Nia, Amanda, Yuli, Bree (both of y’all) and so many more clients - thank you for becoming more than friends: you’re family. I’ve loved getting to know all of you and having the opportunity to be apart of your lives. To my mom, thank you for supporting every decision I’ve made and for pushing me to always better myself. I wouldn’t be where I am today without you. I love you so much. To all of my friends and family that have supported me, thank you. And finally, to Moriah - thank you. I have so much to thank you for, but I’ll leave it at this: you took a chance on me, a kid fresh out of beauty school with no experience, and you helped build me into the woman I am today. You’ve taught me things that I will use for the rest of my life. I am so grateful for you. I’m going to miss my West Maple family so much, but I’m excited, nervous, and 100% ready to start this new adventure in Texas. I’m coming for ya ATX 😉

With all of the heartbreak in the world right now, I want to let all of my current and future clients know that you will NEVER feel threatened, belittled, or less than in my place of work. It’s a safe space for anyone and everyone. Stay safe. Be loud. Be heard.
