My Lip Sense journey began as a little girl playing in my Grandmother's make up bag. She would tell me to choose my lip color carefully because it would stay on my lips all day. (Her favorite shades were Fusia & Plum!) Without fail, after full days of baking together, going to Disneyland, getting breaskfast burritos at the beach, and Grammy kisses I would check her vanity mirror and sure enough, the color lasted.

So much in this life is impermanent -
a truth that has become undeniably real as I continue to celebrate her life and who she was to me. But the source of strength, confidence, empowerment and beauty that she sparked within me, her love, the bond we share and her lipstick... Those are permanent.
