Hi everyone,
First, we want to say thank you!! Whether you’ve been with us for many many years or are visiting for the first time, we truly appreciate that you’ve chosen Adore. Your support means more to us than you know!
We wanted to send a quick reminder about our 48-hour cancellation and rescheduling policy.
Our policy requires that appointments be canceled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance. This policy applies to every client, every appointment, without exception.
We know that life happens, and we understand that unexpected situations come up. We try to be flexible but unfortunately that can take a quick turn into taking advantage. Unfortunately, when appointments are canceled at the last minute, it’s often too late to fill that time. That leaves our service providers with lost client time and prevents other clients from booking an appointment they may have been waiting for.
One thing that’s very important to us is being fair, respecting all clients and being consistent. Our policies are not based on how long someone has been coming to us, how often they visit, who they are, or anything else. Applying our policies equally ensures that every client is treated the same and is consistent and fair across the board.
Please know that enforcing our cancellation policy is never personal. It isn’t a reflection of how much we value you as a client or how grateful we are for your loyalty. In fact, we truly appreciate every person who respects our time, respects other clients, and supports our business and enforcing our policies is one way to keep all clients happy, as customer service is our number one priority!
Our goal has always been to provide exceptional care while respecting the time of our service providers and our clients alike. Thank you for understanding and for helping us keep our schedule running smoothly.
