Starting this month, Omaha Massage & Wellness Center will be hosting meditation sits on the last Saturday of each month, creating a peaceful, supportive environment to step away from the noise and reconnect.

This contemplative prayer practice is rooted in stillness, no experience needed, no pressure, just a quiet space to be present and grounded.

Guided by Elisha Hartzell, each gathering is open to all, whether you’re rooted in faith, exploring spirituality, or simply curious about stillness.
