November update.
I’ve switched systems!
Starting today all scheduling will be through Vagaro. They have done an outstanding job getting my clients moved over. 
Online booking on square has been turned off and all appointments have been transferred over. Any questions or concerns don’t hesitate to reach out!

Ok Folks, here’s an update on Square, I have never dealt with so much trying to get help from an institution that handles my business money. Today (Day 46) was the first time I received a call from someone based at Square in the United States. We went over everything. Still the money they took last week has not been returned, my square account is still negative and they have been repeatedly trying to charge my square card linked to the account for their services. Today they have suspended my scheduling services. I don’t know if it’s limited or if it’s just gone. I don’t think reminders will be sent for appointments. So double check if you are on my schedule. I don’t know what to say they have held me hostage for 46 days, and there’s no end in sight and definitely no accountability.

As my clients know I haven’t accepted tips since 2017. Some of you try but I always explain, I make a very good living, please give a little extra to someone not making a living wage on my behalf. Through the Holiday Season I’m asking you to tip me in non perishable food, toiletries, bottled water, diapers, formula, sanitary products for donations. Or make a cash contribution to any of the organizations trying to keep so many heads above water. And I know the struggle. If you can, donate your time as well.

My square system was hacked last night. I have no way to see my appointments, schedule, reschedule, or run merchant processing. I have no way to contact a human at square until Monday. It has caused a ripple effect through all my external accounts. I will still be here for the appointments that are on my books I just don’t know who’s coming in. 🤷🏼‍♀️. I apologize but while I am getting this worked out I will not be responding to any texts or calls regarding appointments or products. I apologize it’s an overwhelming situation added to many already overwhelming situations. If you have an appointment with me today or tomorrow I have no way to process cards or invoice.
