Cellstory Liquid Microneedling Aftercare Guide 🤍

1. Skip the actives for 72 hours. Avoid using retinols, exfoliants (both physical and chemical), and other active ingredients during this time.

2. Hydrate, hydrate, hydrate! Use a gentle cleanser to lightly wash your face, then follow up with moisturizer throughout the day. Keeping your skin hydrated is key to optimizing your treatment results! You always go home with my client favorite cryo mask to use the first 3 nights as well. 🫶

3. A little tingling? Totally normal! Tingling sensations are common and can last for 24-48 hours or each time your face is touched within the first 72 hours.

4. Redness and possible dryness may happen. This is why moisturizing frequently is so important & don’t forget your sunscreen. Though rare, slight swelling might also appear. In all my treatments, I have yet to ever have this happen.

5. Handle with care. Always be gentle with your skin, especially after your liquid microneedling treatment. Change out your pillowcase before laying your head down the first night.

• Almost every time you think about it, you're able to relax and unclench. Set reminders on your phone to give you a notification to unclench your jaw.

• Every morning and night during your skincare routine, adding some gentle jaw stretches and don't be afraid to give your face a little massage.

• A professional facial massage can work wonders to relax your jaw muscles and alleviate tension in the long term.
