I’m learning to slow down.

To enjoy the days and moments when I feel good.

This Bell’s palsy recovery has been full of ups and downs, but I remain hopeful, positive, and committed to advocating for myself.

Today is day 33.

This experience has taught me so much about myself. It has also brought to light some things that needed to change.

While this isn’t a chapter I would have chosen, I’m grateful for what it’s revealing and teaching me.

I remain hopeful for healing and excited to see how this season shapes both my life and my career. 🤍

Do your extensions blend? If not, it could it be a texture issue.

If your natural hair has texture, your extensions should too.

Putting pin-straight extensions into naturally wavy or curly hair means you’ll constantly be fighting to style it and blend it. And ew...that's not the vibe.

Of course, I'm a work in progress (aren't we all?), but I'm so thankful to have them on my team.
