Nothing worth building comes easy.

You have to choose your hard, then keep showing up for it.

I am growing a team of like minded people who understand that. A team where you tell me your goals and what you want out of life and I help you get there.

I just want to do my best work.

I'll do whatever it takes to find your middle part.

Not around here.

We don’t do extensions that look like extensions, and we definitely don’t do mullet looking extensions.

Placement matters, filling in the right areas matters, and the blend matters.

The bumps in the road and the failures were never failures at all.

I like to call them learning lessons and stepping stones.

I built The Bespoke Crown to be a place where you can relax, work, get served drinks and charcuterie boards.

Work if you need to. Sit and do nothing. Sit and scroll.

I don’t believe in throwing new team members to the wolves.

We have a system. A plan. And a clear path forward.

The goal is to train them well, build their confidence, and get them behind the chair taking their own clients as quickly as they’re ready.

And then? We get to watch them soar. 🤍
