We are happy to welcome Liz to our team! With 17 years of massage experience, Liz brings a calm, steady touch that helps your body truly let go. She’s especially skilled in relieving neck and shoulder tension- and her migraine work comes from a place of deep personal understanding. Having lived with migraines since childhood, she knows what it’s like to navigate the pain, and her empathy shines through in every session. You can now find Liz here Tuesday-Friday evenings (4-8pm) and Saturdays!

Rainy days are the perfect days to melt into one of our massage tables. We also have a new therapist starting this week, finally making evening appointments a regularly available option!

Calling all you lovers of deep tissue! Markina has returned from some time off and is back in the studio this week. Her Saturday this week is already full, but she still has some openings this week. She is amazing at deeper sessions and loves tracking down problem areas with you. Check her schedule and book online!
