Tomorrow is the day! If you have an appointment scheduled, please remember the new policies we have in place.
- All clients are required to wear a mask at all times during their service, no exceptions. Garbo's will not provide any masks. No food will be allowed in the salon. Only drinks with straws. You will not be allowed to remove your mask for any reason. If you can't comply, you will be asked to leave the salon.
- All clients must come alone to their appointment.
- You will be screened upon arrival (mandatory).
- I will come get you when I'm ready for you. I will prepare my station for every guest, sanitizing everything.
- If you have been around someone with Covid-19, or are feeling symptoms of any sickness of any kind, we ask you reschedule your appointment.
Please be patient with us as we are very busy and will be sanitizing a ton throughout the day.

This has been the longest break from doing hair in my whole career, but I will be back in the salon starting June 1st! I wanted to fill you guys in on a few changes coming up.
I'm sure most of you saw my previous post about the recent salon rules (read it for all the new rules involving masks, etc.). Along with these rules comes a new schedule. My salon team has worked so hard to accommodate us stylists into this new crazy salon world and I'm so thankful to have them! You guys rock!! My new hours are listed here:

Sunday/ 11am-5pm
Monday/ 12pm-8pm
Tuesday/ 9am-12pm
Wednesday/ 11am-8pm
Thursday/ 9am-12pm
Off Friday- Saturday.

Something I've been putting a lot of thought into is blow drying. For me personally, it is not as essential as cuts or coloring services and with the extra time it takes please understand that I may opt out of blow drying your hair. This helps out in a couple ways; 1) I have to thoroughly clean and sanitize my entire area between each client. This can take about 10- 15 minutes each time. Not blow drying allows me more time to clean for each guest to ensure it's the same experience for everyone. 2) Blow dryers blow air around the salon, blowing germs and everything with it. While we are screening everyone coming through the door to make sure no one displays symptoms, I'm taking every precaution I can to ensure a sanitary space for us. YOU are my TOP concern during this time. I appreciate your cooperation with me on this.

I have another big event coming up as well! I'm getting married! With all that's going on in the world, we decided to move up our ceremony up to June. I'm pretty excited to have some normal Friday nights with my future husband!

As many of you are aware, salons have been allowed to open back up as of May 4th. There are restrictions to this and we are required to abide by the 10 client limit. To ensure the health and safety of all staff and clients, we are implementing 2 phases of returning back to work. I am going to be a part of the second phase starting June 1st. It has been difficult being away from the salon for this long and I miss everyone so much, but your health and safety is my highest priority.
