A light and bright arugula salad detailed with lemon sautéed red peppers and slivered almonds with a creamy lemon red pepper hummus vinaigrette and lightly toasted rosemary olive oil bread with a smear of goat cheese to host the bruschetta. Didn't take a picture of dessert so.... My bad.
