A perfect Zen Kitty!

This weekend was so exciting as I took a warm bamboo class in Cedar Rapids IA at empowered healing institute. Ellen was a phenomenal instructor & I absolutely love learning new techniques. There are so many benefits to warm bamboo like relaxing sore muscles, breaking up scar tissue & connective tissue, lymphatic drainage & so much more.
