Lets talk mascara with lash extensions!
Mascara = extra weight
When applying lash extensions, the artist chooses an extension that the natural lash can withhold. Therefore, if we apply mascara on top of extensions, we are adding extra weight, which can cause damage to our natural lashes and cause them to fall out prematurely. If we have "fans," the mascara will close the fans as well, which isn't what we want! Mascara also negatively affects lash retention 👎🏼
