I can't even imagine my life without this girl!! Wynter came into my life when I was struggling with debilitating anxiety and depression and helped me turn those things on their head. She truly gave my life a completely new meaning, having this new responsibility of caring for a 5 pound, 8 week old puppy. It was such a challenge, but one that was accepted with gratude and returned in unconditional love and loyalty. She's my right hand, my velcro dog and my best friend. She loves me no matter what I look like, no matter what mood I'm in, no matter my mental health. Love this girl so much!!

Is this winter wreaking havoc on your skin?? You are not alone! So many clients are asking me for help with extremely dry skin this season. Sometimes, what worked before doesn't work any longer, and that can be so frustrating!! It all starts with the skin barrier. Our skin, as an organ, works as a barrier to the outside world. Treating breakout prone skin is completely different for every person. It's not a quick, one, and done, fix. Consistency, and finding products that work are key to creating balanced skin. In my acne facial, I use multiple tools to help achieve results. Blue light therapy and high frequency help to eliminate acne causing bacteria, which leads to quicker healing. Adding hydration back to the skin using Soothing Gel Mask and the First Aid line create the base for building a strong moisture barrier, which will help keep skin clear in the long run.

The foundation of Korean skincare like is called Corneotherapy, which is a holistic practice of creating and maintaining the skin barrier to promote healthy skin and prevent further damage. This method utilizes gentle, non stripping products instead of 'harsh chemicals'. Because of this foundation, my products are incredibly gentle, yet effective and safe, for most skin types, and including pregnancy, which can be challenging sometimes. I personally have been using Korean skincare at home for almost 10 years and have absolutely fallen in love with so many of the products I've tried! Give me all the toners, sheet masks and ampoules yes please!
